Does "our average" mean my own historical data or an industry benchmark?
It's your own historical average, based on your last 90 days. For an external comparison, you'd want to check that campaign against ContactMonkey's published benchmark report instead.
Can I run this from the main dashboard instead of a campaign page?
You can, but you'll need to name the campaign directly since there's no "this" to refer to outside that campaign's own page.
