Pricing depends on your team’s size and usage. We use a quick discovery to tailor a quote by tier, number of sender seats, and recipient coverage.

What counts as a sender seat?

A sender seat is a licensed user who can create and send campaigns from ContactMonkey. Seats are assigned to individuals, not mailboxes.

Do employees need accounts to receive emails?

No. Employees never need a ContactMonkey login. Emails send directly through Outlook or Gmail, just like your existing internal communications.

Do I need IT to set this up?

No heavy IT lift required. Most customers set up ContactMonkey in under an hour. For SSO, HRIS sync, and advanced security settings, our team coordinates with IT to ensure a smooth rollout.

Is analytics different across plans?

Yes. Launch includes core analytics, Grow adds segmented insights and advanced reporting, and Enterprise unlocks the Analytics API for deeper BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).

Can I use ContactMonkey if I use Outlook?

Yes. ContactMonkey is built for Outlook environments and integrates directly with your existing inbox. No switching platforms or losing formatting.

Is Gmail supported?

Yes! Both Outlook and Gmail are supported.

Can I switch plans later?

Are there implementation or onboarding fees?

Onboarding and support are included by tier. Some enterprise services and integrations may be scoped separately depending on plan.⁠
