Engagement survey
A comprehensive, typically annual or biannual survey measuring employee engagement across areas like trust in leadership, job satisfaction, and alignment with company direction. This is still the most widely used feedback channel, at 76% adoption according to GSIC 2026, even as more IC teams add pulse surveys alongside it.
