Employee net promoter score (eNPS)

A metric based on a single question asking employees how likely they are to recommend their workplace to others, usually on a 0 to 10 scale. Employees who score high count as promoters, low scores count as detractors, and everyone in between is passive, giving IC teams a quick, directional read on engagement.

Numbers back this up. ContactMonkey’s 2026 Benchmark Report found eNPS surveys embedded directly in emails average an 11% click rate, outperforming standard sends. Read the full report now.
