Availability: Plans with List Management
Insights Assistant can now answer questions about who is engaging, not just which campaign performed. Ask how opens and clicks break down by department, job title, office location, or any other field in your Directory — within a single campaign or across emails sent within a date range — and get a ranked comparison back in seconds. Try "What segments are we tracking?" to see what segments you already have synced. Then follow up with "Which department had the lowest engagement last month?" or "How does engagement differ across locations?"
To get started, your organization needs Segmented Email Stats set up in your Directory. If any campaign in your date range used Anonymous tracking, segments with fewer than 10 recipients stay hidden to protect recipient privacy.
