ContactMonkey’s Product team has been all about ending this year with some special new features for our customers.  

What’s New in November 2020

Event Management

Internal communicators can now drive event registrations from their Outlook inbox. This exciting new update allows you to create events and manage registrations your ContactMonkey dashboard. Events can be embedded in email newsletters using the simple drag-and-drop feature of our email template builder.

How to Use Event Management

Once your invite is sent through ContactMonkey, employees can register to attend the event.

All employees will also be able to add the event details to their calendar by downloading the .ics file

Segmented Email Stats

Deep-dive into email analytics with Segmented Email Stats. This feature enables users to gain more granular email insights based on Department, Title, and Location for individual tracking campaigns.

24/7 Helpdesk Support

ContactMonkey’s commitment to increasing customer satisfaction has inspired this latest feature – round the clock Helpdesk Support. Users can access the Help Centre from the ContactMonkey dashboard, and search keywords to access all relevant helpdesk articles. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, you can hop on a Live Chat with our support team.



Shared Inbox for Mac Users

Mac users who have access to a shared inbox on Outlook, can now collaborate more seamlessly by viewing and sending emails from a single mailbox.
