Visuals are more effective than text at awakening emotions and encouraging audiences to take action. Increasingly, fewer people are willing to read long documents in full, often skipping over parts they don’t think are important. There’s a good chance they’re going to miss information. That’s why, as a communicator, you need to find a way to make sure people see the information you want them to.
