ContactMonkey is pleased to announce it placed No. 146 on the 2023 Report on Business ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies.

Canada’s Top Growing Companies ranks Canadian companies on three-year revenue growth. ContactMonkey earned its spot with three-year growth of 330%.

In a modern workplace that’s only getting more complicated, ContactMonkey’s data-driven software makes internal communication intuitive. With seamless Outlook and Gmail integration, the tool amplifies your emails through interactive HTML elements, SMS capabilities, an AI content generator, HRIS integration, and powerful analytics.

“The workplace is becoming more fluid—employees are working from the office, from home, and on the go. ContactMonkey gives you the tools to reach your workforce from anywhere,” says Scott Pielsticker, founder and CEO of ContactMonkey. “Our ability to meet internal communicators exactly where they are is why we’ve surpassed $10 million in annual recurring revenue whilst maintaining profitability.”

The software’s built-in SMS feature makes ContactMonkey an outlier when it comes to hybrid and remote work. Internal communicators can create and track employee emails and text messages through a single platform, removing the friction that can come with reaching frontline and remote staff.

The best part: users can save up to four hours of their workweek thanks to a collaborative email builder that works just like Google Docs. ContactMonkey also integrates with popular workforce tools like Azure Active Directory and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), such as Workday, ADP, and SAP to name a few. But it’s not just about hassle-free communications. ContactMonkey’s OKTA integration guarantees that employee messages are always protected and secure.

Canada’s Top Growing Companies is an editorial ranking that was launched in 2019. It aims to bring the accomplishments of innovative businesses in Canada to the forefront. In order to qualify for this voluntary program; companies had to complete an in-depth application process and fulfill requirements. In total, 425 companies earned a spot on this year’s ranking.

The full list of 2023 winners along with editorial coverage is published in the October issue of Report on Business magazine. The list is out now and online here.

“Canada’s Top Growing Companies acknowledges the drive and ingenuity displayed by Canadian business,” says Dawn Calleja, Editor of Report on Business magazine. “This year’s ranking serves as an inspiration for future business owners.”

“This year’s Report on Business magazine’s list of Top Growing Companies shows how innovative ideas always rise to the top, perhaps even more so in times of uncertainty,” says Andrew Saunders, CEO of The Globe and Mail. “The Globe and Mail congratulates this year’s winners for meeting and surpassing those economic challenges.”
