ALL CAPS reads as shouting on every screen it lands on. This catches emphasis that has crossed over into volume.
The prompt
Flag any word or phrase of four or more letters written in all capitals for emphasis, such as ‘MANDATORY’ or ‘DO NOT REPLY’. Do not flag acronyms, product names that are officially all caps, or text in the legal footer.
