Times without a time zone

‘The town hall starts at 2’ is a different meeting in London, Toronto and Sydney. This asks for the zone every single time.

The prompt

Flag any clock time that does not include a time zone, for example ‘2 p.m.’ or ’14:00′. ‘Thursday at 2 p.m. ET (11 a.m. PT, 7 p.m. BST)’ is correct. Times inside a linked calendar invite are exempt.
