Region-specific references in all-staff sends

Not everyone has a 401(k) or a Thanksgiving. This catches the assumption that all-staff means your head office.

The prompt

Flag references that apply to only one country or region in an email addressed to all staff, such as ‘Thanksgiving week’, ‘401(k)’, ‘zip code’ or a ‘$’ amount with no currency code, unless the email says which region it applies to.

How to use

List the terms your head office uses without thinking: national holidays, tax forms, benefit plan names, 'downtown'. Regional colleagues will gladly add more.
