Official program and system names
Your intranet has six names inside the company and only one is searchable. This keeps the official name on the things people will look for later.
The prompt
Flag internal programs, systems and initiatives written in any form other than their official name. Official names: ‘[Program Name]’, ‘[System Name]’, ‘[Initiative Name]’. Casing changes, shortened forms and nicknames are all violations.

List five or six names per rule at most. If you have more, split by owner (HR systems, IT systems) so each rule stays specific and quick to review.
