Legalese in everyday emails

Nobody says ‘please be advised’ out loud. This catches the phrasing that makes a friendly update read like a summons.

The prompt

Flag stiff or legalistic phrasing in body copy, including ‘pursuant to’, ‘herein’, ‘aforementioned’, ‘please be advised’, ‘in accordance with’ and ‘it is incumbent upon’. Do not flag the compliance footer or quoted policy text.
