Fonts outside the brand set
Pasting from a Word document drags its font along for the ride. This catches the Calibri paragraph in an otherwise on-brand email.
The prompt
Flag any text set in a font other than the approved brand fonts: ‘[Heading Font]’ for headings and ‘[Body Font]’ for body copy. Pasted text that keeps the font of its source document, such as Calibri or Times New Roman, is a violation.
