Check
Rule
Alarmist, blaming or condescending language
Urgency is a currency. Spend it on every send and it buys nothing. This catches the phrasing that reads as a scolding.
The prompt
Flag phrasing that threatens, blames or talks down to the reader, such as ‘failure to comply’, ‘unacceptable’, ‘as you should already know’, ‘this should be obvious’ and ‘as previously stated’. Safety and security alerts are exempt.
