You put real thought into the emails you send. You craft the message, you time the send, and you watch the opens and clicks roll in. Then the moment passes, the email settles into everyone’s archive, and the work you did starts to fade from view.

That fade is a problem, because the people who matter most are often the ones who miss the original send:

- New hires join after the announcement has gone out.
- Employees come back from leave to an inbox they will never fully clear.
- Frontline and deskless workers may not have a company inbox at all.

And, some of your content was never meant to be read once and forgotten, because FAQs, benefits explainers, policy updates, and leadership messages all need a place to live where anyone can find them again.

Today, most teams solve this by stitching together tools that were never built for the job. They lean on SharePoint or Confluence, they ask IT to host a one-off HTML page, or they paste links into an intranet that half the company forgets exists.

Each of those workarounds adds friction, depends on someone outside the comms team, and pulls your content away from the channel where you actually measure engagement.

We’re building Pages to close that gap, and it is coming soon.

## What Pages Does

Pages gives internal communicators a no-code way to publish emails and related content as branded, trackable web pages, without waiting on IT and without leaving the ContactMonkey workflow you already use.

Anything you send can become a page that lives on, and any content you want to share can start its life as a page from the beginning.

Because Pages sits inside the same platform where you build and send, the content stays connected to the analytics you rely on. You see how a page performs in the same place you see how the email performed, so your reporting tells one complete story rather than two disconnected ones.

## How it Will Work

When Pages becomes available, you will be able to publish in a few different ways depending on what you need.

You can build a standalone page directly in the editor, which makes it straightforward to create a benefits hub, an FAQ centre, or a policy home that does not depend on a specific send.

And, when you want to bridge the two, you can add a backing page block to an email that includes a title, a hero image, a short summary, and a Read more link that carries readers to the full page for the detail that does not fit in the inbox.

## Who Pages is Built For

Pages is designed for internal communicators, HR leaders, and corporate communications teams who are responsible for company-wide announcements, policy updates, and leadership messaging, and who need that content to reach everyone rather than only the people watching their inbox on send day.

It is especially valuable for organizations with large, distributed, or frontline workforces, where many employees work without a dedicated inbox and a web link is the most reliable way to reach them.

Plus, it’s equally useful for teams that have no intranet at all, because Pages gives important content a permanent home without the cost and complexity of standing up a full intranet platform.

## Why it Matters

When your content lives beyond the inbox, your real reach becomes the sum of everyone you emailed and everyone who later found the page. That total audience is a far more honest measure of impact than open rates alone, and it lets you show leadership the full picture of how a message landed across the organization.

Just as importantly, Pages keeps your team self-sufficient. You publish, you brand, you secure, and you measure on your own, which means your most important updates are no longer waiting in a queue for someone else’s help.

## Coming this Quarter

ContactMonkey Pages is in active development and on track to become generally available later this quarter.
