We've improved how Team Template permissions work to give Managers the access they need and provide a clearer experience for all users.

What's new

• Managers can now edit Team Templates for any teams they belong to
• Basic Users now see a read-only preview when viewing Team Templates, with a clear message explaining their access level

Why this matters

Previously, Managers and Basic Users would encounter confusing error messages when trying to save changes to Team Templates. This update eliminates those errors and ensures everyone has the right level of access:

• Managers get the editing permissions they need to maintain templates for their teams
• Basic Users see a helpful view-only experience with clear messaging: "View-only access. Only the creator, a Manager, or an Admin can edit Team Templates."
