Insights Assistant is a new AI chat panel that answers questions about your ContactMonkey campaign data in plain language — no dashboard filtering or spreadsheet exports required. Ask about open rates, trends, tags, or senders, and it answers straight from your real campaign data, and even provides charts when helpful. Look for the new "Ask AI" button on the Home, Dashboards, and Data Overview pages.
Tip: Not sure where to start? Ask it "what can you help with?" for a quick rundown and some example questions to try.
Note: Insights Assistant is off by default — Owner/Admins can turn it on under Settings → Email Settings → ContactMonkey AI.
