To help keep your inbox reputation pristine and your team in sync, we’ve introduced a real-time duplicate send alert.

**What’s Changing?**

Starting today, if you attempt to send an email with a subject line that exactly matches another email sent by anyone in your organization within the last 20 minutes, a confirmation modal will appear.

**How it Works:**

1. Our system automatically scans your org’s sent history the moment you trigger a campaign.
2. If a match is found, you’ll see a pop-up warning you of the potential duplicate.
3. You can choose to stop and review your campaign or, if the send is intentional, proceed anyway.
